What Carrier Identity Verification Looks Like in Practice
- Driver arrives at pickup facility. Your dock worker opens the TrackBOL BOL on their phone or prints the BOL with embedded QR code.
- Dock worker scans the QR code using any smartphone camera — no app install required.
- TrackBOL captures GPS location, confirms it matches the authorized pickup address within the defined tolerance.
- System checks carrier info against dispatch record. Dock worker enters truck and trailer numbers shown on the arriving equipment.
